The product was launched to the Indian Market at glittering event at McGrath Hotel in Bangalore. The earbuds are in-ear Bluetooth earbuds that don’t have a cord connecting them either to one’s music device or to each other. Earbuds uses Bluetooth technology and BT signal is transmitted from one earphone (acts as a “master”) to phone. Another BT signal connects the other earpiece (secondary) to the master.
BT Signals are known to issues transmitting through water. Since our head has lots of water, BT signal bounce off from surrounding. But it becomes a challenge in areas crowded with people or outdoors. Skullcandy has overcome the connectivity challenge by offering a unique ID. It moves the antenna location up higher and away from head. This greatly improves connection strength, eliminating bud to bud signal loss and dropout.
